100% Recycled Collars & Leashes

Remember the plastic galore in PetSmart that I mentioned yesterday? The leashes and collars are no exception to that rule. While looking for some eco-friendly (and adorable) gear for Bella, I stumbled across Harry Barker and found the cutest leash & collar set I'd seen anywhere!

Harry Barker has a new line of leashes and collars out that are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, even the buckle! Harry Barker's eco-friendly collars are not only recycled, super durable quality but they are adorable & affordable. Harry Barker also makes 100% recycled harnesses for those of you with tiny or extra large furry friends. Now, if only they sold 100% recycled gentle leaders for training!

To add to our puppy's eco-style, she also sports Harry Barker's No. 2 bag dispenser in pink. Harry Barker's No. 2 bags are just what they say- bags for picking up No. 2, but, they aren't your normal poop bag. These baggies are biodegradable! That's one thing I've never understood, why on earth do we pick up a natural animal product and put it inside PLASTIC?!? Somethings never cease to amaze me. Problem solved with the No. 2 bags & dispenser. You can attach the dispenser directly to your Harry Barker leash (on the handy dandy little ring made to hold the dispenser & your keys!) and no matter when or where nature calls, you can make sure to keep the area tidy without wreaking havoc on landfills.
