We try not to take Bella in the car very often because she really just hates it. She's a whimpering, shaking, little mess by the time we get where we are going. After we received the ecoPure Naturals aromatherapy line to test, I put it to work before a vet appointment. We use Banfield Animal Hospital inside PetSmart, this is our first problem. PetSmart is supposed to be doggy heaven, right? Well, Bella parks her little rear end and the front of the store and does everything in her puppy power to not move an inch. Maybe it's too many smells, too many dogs, too many people, I have no idea but the little girl is not a fan of the pet shop. So, back to the aromatherapy- I gave Bells a bath before her last appointment using the Clary Sage shampoo. She was one mellow little puppy during the entire appointment. She didn't even flinch during the shots! She was definitely still nervous but she wasn't whimpering and squirming to get as close to me as possible. So, I call our first attempt a smashing success.

Cars!!! My Bella is scared of cars which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Except when she tries to run the opposite direction and I have 50 lbs of puppy strength pulling me quickly in the opposite direction I'm going! LOL!
I know that aromatherapy is good for animals. Our friends had to use them when their cats got it in their heads that they did not like each other anymore. They used some good aromatherapy and after a few days they were back to being pals!!!!
