Eco-Christmas Week: The Snowman's Song

From the children's book classic, The Night Before Christmas to the more modern, Polar Express, I adore children's Christmas books. When I came across an opportunity to share the story of a snowman who longs for a voice with the GiveThemRoots readers, you know that I jumped on it!

The Snowman's Song, A Christmas Story wonderfully written by Marilee Joy Mayfield and beautifully illustrated by Tracy La Rue Hohn is an inspirational story about a Christmas miracle brought to a little snowman that wishes he had a voice to sing like the birds, wind, children, and many other creatures. The snowman shows great amounts of faith and perseverance during one winter when he refuses to give up hope that he will be able to sing his Christmas song, even when other's are trying to discourage him.

The illustrations are absolutely enchanting and The Snowman's Song story is one that will find a special place in your heart each and every holiday season! Grab a copy, curl up by the fire with your children or grandchildren and make a little magic this holiday season while you teach the little ones in your life about the power of hope and faith.

For every book purchased at http://www.snowmanssong.com/ they will provide a gift copy to an underprivileged child. What's not to love?!? For $19.95 you will receive both the hardbound version of The Snowman's Song and a bonus audio CD with the story time reading by author, Marilee Joy Mayfield!

The publisher, Leaping Antelope Productions has kindly provided a copy to give to one lucky reader!!! Complete the form below for a chance to win.
