Monday: Vegetable Lasagna with garlic butter dinner rolls
Tuesday: Black Bean Enchiladas with homemade tortilla chips
Wednesday: Cheat night
Thursday: Crab (local caught) and Avocado Omelets with fresh fruit
Friday: White Pizza with Caesar salad
Saturday: Vegetable Kabobs with quinoa
