Menu Plan: April 17- April 23
Sunday: Crab Cake Burgers with homemade slaw and fresh cut fries
Monday: Tortilla Pie with cilantro lime sour cream
Tuesday: Broccoli Alfredo and garlic knots
Wednesday: Cheat Night
Thursday: Triple Bean Chili & cornbread
Friday: Homemade Mac n' Cheese with garden salad
Saturday: Honey BBQ Shrimp (grilled) with brown rice, and grilled zucchini squash
I'm excited to try some new recipes next week with strawberries now that they are back in season locally! What are you ready to sink your teeth into this season?
