As we welcome the official start of Summer with trips to the pool, vacations to the beach, backyard cookouts and fun days in the sun we also welcome bottles and bottles of sunscreen, especially with four boys. Sunscreen is one health item that I am known to buy with some pretty shady ingredients, and I don't mean shade from the sun. This summer our family is changing our lather and introducing some healthier choices for our skin and lungs (yes, lungs.)
Here is a great guide that breaks down sunscreens in alphabetical order and codes each sunscreen by health safety and cost! I love that! There are several that we had never heard of and I'm hoping to try out soon. Any that we test I'll be sure to tell you about, and maybe even give some of favorites away!
