Spring Cleaning

I don't know why anyone calls it "spring cleaning". When you have children, it's more like four seasons, and I'm not talking about the hotel chain. There is one thing about spring cleaning that I love... consignment sales!

Consignment sales are a great way to declutter but, even better, consigning is a great way to recycle! Last year I featured an article about Children's Consignments and how you can follow the 3 R's (reduce, reuse, recycle) way of life by shopping and selling at consignments. If you missed it, you can read it HERE.

Again, here's a link to my favorite local consignment sale, Kids Everywear! The Kids Everywear consignment in Morrisville, NC just keeps getting bigger and better every year. This year's spring and summer sale runs March 6-15, with preview sales starting on the 6th and general public sales start on the 12th! Sign up to volunteer or consign because, the more you do, the earlier you shop!

Check out these great sites to find consignment sales in your area.

p.s. don't forget to use your own shopping bags to reduce plastic!

Awesome!!! Be sure to go back for the 50% & 75% off days! You can get amazing deals, especially for the little clothes.
