Gorgeously Green Discussion Part 1 (Book Club)

Are you loving this book or what?!? I'd love to hear some feedback. I hope you've all enjoyed Steps 1 -4 of Gorgeously Green and that you are finding out how easy Sophia Uliano's steps are to follow! Now, let's get to the good stuff... the steps!

Step 1: Becoming Aware

I have a feeling that most of you are already "aware" to some level or your probably wouldn't be reading my blog. :) Did Gorgeously Green Step 1 make you aware of something new? If so, have you made a change to implement that in your life?

Step 2: Green Goddess

Beauty products are probably one of the most commonly misunderstood products on the market. There are so many daily beauty rituals that people follow to keep their skin and bodies looking their best and even more products to complete those rituals! How many toxic products were stow aways in your family's routine? (p.s. How about that nail polish?! Any nail biters out there? I am!)

Step 3: Your Green Temple

This is one of my favorite chapters! I love that Gorgeously Green does more than just urge you to get out of the gym and buff up at home instead. Just think of the time, energy, gas, and money you can save! Most of all, I love that there's a yoga and fitness program ready to go in this chapter. Who has tried it?? Who wants to?

Step 4: Soulful Shopping

And this chapter is where the giveaway comes into play! A lot of waste is produced every day shopping. There are simple easy changes you can make in your shopping trip to reduce waste and Sophie Uliano shows us how!
