That's how I how I should sign my posts from now on. Your Slacker, Dare. I could make excuses and tell you how busy things have been, which they have been, but truthfully... I'm mad at you. Yep, you read that right, I'm mad at YOU, the person reading my blog. I think I have the world's quietest readers ever. What's it gonna take to get you guys to speak up? I love that you read what I have to say but I'd love even more to hear from you. Even if it's to say "Dare, this post just stinks!" ... and by the way, this post does.
That is all.

Hi,
I'm a total stranger & subscribed to your blog because it said it's purpose was green parenting which, is what I've been trying to teach my 10 year old son from day one.
I don't leave comments because many times I find the blog post is just an advertisement for some baby item.
When it is a recipe I've been grateful - there was a really good potato recipe a couple weeks ago. But I don't like reading advertisements - I don't find buying more stuff to be helpful to the planet.
Just my 2 cents - please don't take any offense.
I'm a total slacker. It's been two or three weeks since my last blog post and longer than that for any real comments and I don't know that this one counts for much...
Anonymous, Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate your thoughts and I'm sorry I don't have more posts for older kids and parenting tips for pre-teens. Unfortunately, I am a parent of 4 boys under 5 so I'm in a different ball game than you, the parent of a 10 year old. The products I review (and sometimes giveaway) have been personally tested (hence the baby-preschool items) and are to benefit parents searching for healthy, quality and ecofriendly products. I only review products that meet those standards. Many readers enjoy the giveaways and I'm happy to be able to provide these items to parents that might not otherwise be able to afford them. I also want to mention that I am not paid for my blog posts or reviews unlike other bloggers. I will try to get more post up for parents with older children. :) Thanks again for the comment and feedback!!!
Lori, any comment counts! :) And I know what you mean about updating blogs! My personal family blog was last updated when I announced I was pregnant... my baby is 8 months old. ha!
Maybe we can do a recipe swap!! I know I am always looking for fresh ideas. And with fall right around the corner, it's about time update the fall/winter recipe book :)
Maybe to reach various audiences you could do some q & a's on topics that you aren't personally dealing with at the moment. Its always good to bone up on knowledge for the future...one day those baby boys will be big boys ;) Plus, it will give readers some tried and true tested ideas for living green.
